u all are Fresher’s am sure no one will provide salary above 12000 INR .
Guys first thing is You have completed your
Engg. / ENGINEERING, and you people are only only familiar with
TECHNICAL so it will affect you more because as our HR and Company’s require
who have good knowledge in all sector .
The reason why I am Mentioning this this thing is as we all are Familiar with TECHNICAL we will face more problems like ,While writing SPELLING MISTAKES ,we don’t have MORE Vocabulary with other Sectors ETC ETC.
I tell u people you all need to
join A company. so you people will move to some City’s Like PUNE ,
MUMBAI, BANGLORE. Ok its ok .
And I am sure You people might be thinking
that I will join any Industry /or manufacturing industry or Maintenance .
one thing Everyone should understand that
these departments doesn’t belongs to E&C Even there is no growth and
CAREER .
Guys in my 1 year of Experience I came know
that in order to make GOOD CAREER you require to have A specialization LIKE ,
CCNA , PLC , SCADA , CCNP , SAP, EMBEDED systems, HARDWARE & NETWORKING
.
If You have this kind of CERTIFICATES you
will EASILY get a job if not BAHOT MUSKIL HAI GUYS ,,,, bhgwan ko dhundana our
JOB ko dhundana EK hi ho jayega .

2. Will get financial support yourself ( no need
to ask your parents )
3. You can join Any courses
4. Your salary will be ( CTC 12500 , take home
9000, etc. etc )NOTE : you people will not
get more than this ) ( if have good reference then can get more than this )
5. Guys one more thing if you are getting 12000 INR
CTC in current org as per IT rules and regulation it is sure that
your Salary will be incremented if you switch your job to another company after

Guys just think on it we have invested lakh lakh rupees on studies

In my Experience I suggest to one and all Mumbai is better than pune because PUNE mein bahot mehangai hai guys .

15 INR 5 rupees Difference I mean Everything is Expensive

GUYS RECENTLY FEW PEOPLES
FROM BELGAUM HAVE BEEN VISIT5ED TO MUMBAI THROUGH my OYE KIRNYA CUNSULTANCY ,
AS THEY HAVE COMPLITED BE (CS ) They were looking for CS profile high profile
as well , and our o logo ne interview bhi diya hamare company mein .. but NONE
of them have been selected .. everyone has been rejected . do you want to know why ???? let’s find out it why they have not been selected ??
so I have collected some
clues through my HR answers which I have got from my HR are find bellow J J J she’s bit free and close to me hence she shared it JJ

· First
of all they were not confident about their self
· Their
resume was not so good .
· And
the way they were speaking English it was very poor English
.
· Sentence
formation as well not good .
· Students
were telling that I want to join company for just to take 6 months of
experience our HR said to me Kiran its not training center that we join them for 6 months .
Guys after that I sent them
to Convergys for voice process which is located near to our company Diebold in
the same campus , so what they have done they didn’t ask any budy over thire in
the office , but they asked to the watch man “ sir do you have vacancy’s for BE
students ?? !!

One more thing they even
didn’t intimate it to me they went out side of the campus L after
that I told them to visit for WIPRO and ACCENTURE ,,, but they didn’t go for
it. instead of going to these company’s they have called to someone and asked
does WIPRO hire for back logs students someone said NO .. so they
went to their home BELAGAVI .
Moral of this story is J
I don’t want to explain
anything from it if you are a genius person kindly read out and analyze yourself.
I just want to tell you one
thing that is whatever you do try to get at least 6 months of
experience agar jhaadu bhi maaro IT company mein J J but its
mandatory thing to have 6 months of experience
Guys many peoples are
thinking that BPO is nothing THEIR is no growth ?? just tell me how many
of you know that what is BPO and what is being handled in this process ?? !!!

college mein kuch nai rehta
bas text book study rehta hai ..but what exactly industry want we wont
study in college so marks bhad mein gaye you just go on developing your
SKILLS that’s it . our E dimag mein se nikaldo II I am An Engineer J !!!
guys kuch bhi nai hai HAM se bhi BAAP log milenge aap ko industry mein so just
concentrate your mind how to get success in life That's it .
Guys everybody might be thinking
that If I completed the Engineering MY post will be higher and Reputed as well
!! right !! ??

is fact in the industry even in my Experience degree doesn’t matter here
, HR and MANAGER requires Knowledge and work ability and , Good COMMUNICATION
, in you , they do find both in you . if you don’t have
samajlo appka DEGREE kisi kaam ka nahi hai .
Guys Every one Must. Have to Go
Through Same Process . Have to Work As A Executive. post increment ho ke
TEAM LEAD banoge , then floor manager , then manager , then director . that’s
it . e sab kuch hoga tabhi hoga if you have the talent and ability
to handle the team good communication skills !!!! agar if you are
BE graduate and I am DIPLOMA junior Engg even I have to go through the
same increment process , im a diploma pass out I have all kind of
talent’s so I will be the manager 1st , my concern is degree and your marks
cards doesn’t matter here , kindly show your talent’s ,
communication skills , work ability and all !!!!!
my intension is not to hurt you .. but
it is the fact what is going on in industry .
Just don’t stop your journey until you people get your destination .
Take risks in your life if you win then you can lead if you lose it you can guide it to your friends
